COURSE INFORMATION

Intro to DYL is three experiential sessions for both partners. It is an overview of the full course and a way to experience the core

content from each of the three chapters of the course and identify key aspects of your relationship that you would like to attend to in the full course.

The DYL Couples Course is designed to be taken over a twelve week period however it can be adjusted to fit your time needs and availability.

The course content can be adjusted to align with your needs.

The course can be taken in person at my office in Edmonds WA or through video conferencing.

Sessions are one hour in length with a requested fifteen minute preparation time and fifteen minute integration time planned into your pre and post session schedule. Practice time during the week is strongly recommended.

Some sessions will be for you each as individuals and some for you as a couple.

Each session includes content handouts.

During the first session we will set intentions and objectives and during the final session we will review and identify areas, specifics for you to focus on going forward.
